Junior Staff Program
IFM is privileged to offer our Junior Staff Program. Upon participation on 2 or
more outreaches responsible and interested teenagers (13+) become eligible to
participate along side of our staff during outreach ministry. A Junior Staff
member is typically assigned to a specific outreach team. These assignments are
most often for a single week but can range to a number of different teams.
Whether by assisting team families with small children; assisting in the set-up
and take-down of Bible clubs and various aspects of the outreach; serving in
the kitchen or along side of the bus driver or participating in the chapel
service; the Junior staffer is continually challenged to grow in their faith
through service and mentorship and gains valuable life experience in addition
to the blessing of participating in the great commission to reach the lost.
