Preparation and Training

This school looks to assist IFM staff, individuals, small groups and church fellowships in Discipleship, Outreach, Missions, and Evangelism. A dome is one of the strongest structural forms in construction and IFM seeks to help followers of Christ develop a strong structural understanding of what it is to be a disciple of Christ in today's society. This is a two-part course beginning in the classroom and then with students using their acquired knowledge through cross cultural opportunities in Juarez and also within their own community and city.

D.O.M.E. school is developed to be a 9 month, once a week, flexible program so that it can be instituted at the IFM ministry centers, or within a home or small group setting, or as part of a churches missions teaching program.

The school is for all Christians, and is geared towards meeting the needs of both individuals and families desiring training for missions and ministry service.
